Whether you are a new or existing Landlord, we offer three levels of service ranging from Tenant Find to Full Management. Our fees are open to negotiation dependent upon the level of rent achievable and we also have discounted rates available for Landlords with multiple properties to let.

All properties are carefully selected by us for their suitability as rented accommodation and we only let properties which we believe are of a good standard.

We offer a price match guarantee on our administration and referencing fees (terms and conditions apply) so if you have seen a property elsewhere which is also available through us, then we promise to match any other agent’s fees.

Tenants renting one of our fully managed properties benefit from our full support throughout their tenancy including the use of our 24hr 7 days a week hotline for any rented property emergencies that may occur.
