The Southbourne office was opened by Founder and Managing Director John Stein in 2003 initially being connected to Tailor Made in Poole, until a partnership buy-out and re-branding in 2007.

Born and raised in Bournemouth John has a lifelong knowledge of the area as well as considerable expertise in the property industry specialising in selling and letting all kinds of property. As well as being a very key figure in the firm, John also plays a big part in the local community by supporting homeless people, local schools and being a local committee member for Variety Club The Children’s Charity. In 2020 Taylor Made teamed up with Tesco Plc to support Royal Bournemouth Hospital and donated 330 large bags of personal supplies to NHS doctors and nurses at a critical time. Supporting the local community has always been very important to John and the team.
