Landlord Fees

SERVICE OPTIONS – Southbourne Office:

FULLY MANAGED: 10 – 12% of the rent (plus VAT)

Upon commencement of each new tenancy a set-up fee of £300.00 (inc VAT) is payable.

In addition to the above, the following costs will apply:

Inventory £95.00 (inc VAT)

Inspection £29.00 (inc VAT)

Renewal £114.00 (inc VAT)

EOT report £95.00 (inc VAT)

DPS claim submission £145.00 (inc VAT)

INTRODUCTION ONLY: A one-off fee of £495 (inc VAT)

SERVICE OPTIONS – Bournemouth Office:

FULLY MANAGED: 9 – 12% of the rent (plus VAT)

Upon commencement of each new tenancy a set-up fee of £300.00 (inc VAT) is payable.

In addition to the above, the following costs will apply:

Inventory £95.00 (inc VAT)

Renewal £114.00 (inc VAT)

EOT report £95.00 (inc VAT)

DPS claim submission £145.00 (inc VAT)

INTRODUCTION ONLY: 50% of the monthly rental figure plus VAT. (Subject to a minimum fee of £500 plus VAT).
